齿轮箱Gearbox - RENK - T2RECS-710L* 4 sets, 750RPM~135.9RPM,5.519:1.
可调桨Controllable pitch propeller - BERG - BCP850 * 4 sets, shaft length 16800mm, propeller diameter 3650mm, speed 136 RPM, Calc. thrust at bollard pull 110 Ton.
轴带发电机Shaft generator - Leroy Somer * 4 sets, 1500kVA, 1200kW at 0.8p.f, 440V, 60 hZ.
主高弹联轴节Flexible main flange coupling - VULKAN – Rato R+ G2F2M/2200 * 4 sets, 34kNm actual nominal torque to be transmitted.
高弹联轴节Flexible PTO coupling - VULKAN – Rato-R/Vulkardan-E K5711* 4 sets.
高弹联轴节Flexible PTO coupling - VULKAN – Rato R/Vulkardan-E K6011* 4 sets.

设备全系欧洲生产进口,包装未拆封,14年左右生产,由于造船订单取消,到货后就闲置于仓库至今

DNV船级社检验证书与主机排放证书(Tier 2)齐全,技术图纸齐全

此套设备原设计用于DP2 66m AHTS OSV,14节航速,拖力110吨

考虑经济性,现是根据轴长与马力设计造新船的高性价比选择,厂家推荐用于例如海工支持船,三用拖轮,风电运维船,海拖,油船,化学品船等的船型

Hi!

We have two ship sets of DP2 offshore support vessels’ main propulsion system equipment (twin screw vessel), which consist of:

Engine - MaK - 8M25C * 4 sets, 2666kW, 750RPM.
Gearbox - RENK - T2RECS-710L* 4 sets, 750RPM~135.9RPM,5.519:1.
Controllable pitch propeller - BERG - BCP850 * 4 sets, shaft length 16800mm, propeller diameter 3650mm, speed 136 RPM, Calc. thrust at bollard pull 110 Ton.

These equipment were produced around 2014 in Europe, they were meant to construct AHTS with 14 knots speed and 110 tons bollard pull. Due to the cancellation of shipbuilding order, after the manufacturer’s delivery, goods are stored in the warehouse in china to this day.

Regarding economic considerations, now a cost effective option using them to build new ship and design ship form base on equipment’s output power and shaft length. According to manufacturer, these equipment are recommended to use on ship type such as OSV, AHTS, CSOV, Towing ship, Deep sea fishing vessel, Oil carrier, Chemicals ship etc..

Equipment has complete DNV class certificates and Tier 2 EIAPP certificates.
